Fisseha Yohannes (Minu) is an executive leader with over 30 years of extensive experience in telecommunications, technology transformation, and large-scale program delivery.
She has held key roles at global organizations, where she has led complex, multi-million dollar programs, and large-scale initiatives focused on operational excellence and strategic transformation.
Known for driving cross-functional alignment and delivering measurable business impact, Fisseha has played a pivotal role in advancing key technologies, organizational performance and efficiency.
In addition to her professional achievements, Fisseha is an active community leader, contributing her expertise to initiatives focused on inclusion, community development, while also mentoring youth and promoting STEM education.
Outside of her professional and community work, she values spending time with her husband of 20 years and their three sons, who are a constant source of inspiration and support.

ፍስሐ ዮሐንስ (ሚኑ) በቴሌኮሙኒኬሽን፣ በቴክኖሎጂ ለውጥ አመራር እና በትልልቅ ፕሮግራሞች አፈጻጸም ዘርፍ ከ30 ዓመታት በላይ ሰፊና ጥልቅ ልምድ ያላት ከፍተኛ አስፈጻሚ መሪ ናት።
በዓለም አቀፍ ድርጅቶች ውስጥ በተለያዩ ኃላፊነቶች ሲያገለግል፣ ውስብስብ እና በሚሊዮኖች ዶላር የሚቆጠሩ ፕሮግራሞችን እንዲሁም በኦፕሬሽናል ብቃትና በስትራቴጂካዊ ለውጥ ላይ ያተኮሩ ትልልቅ ተነሳሽነቶችን በብቃት መርታ አስፈጽማለች።

ከሙያዋና ከማህበረሰብ አገልግሎቷ ውጭ፣ ከባለቤቷ ጋር ለ20 ዓመታት የቆየውን ትዳራቸውን እና ሦስት ወንዶች ልጆቻቸውን በእጅጉ ታከብራለች። ቤተሰቧ ለእርሷ የማያቋርጥ መነሳሳት፣ ድጋፍ እና ጥንካሬ ምንጭ ነው።
