Ayele Gemechu
Executive Leadership Committee Member & Programs and Services Manager
Ayele Gemechu is an experienced leader with a strong background in organizational leadership, human resource development, and quality management. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational Leadership and Management from Addis Ababa University.
Throughout his distinguished career with Ethiopian Airlines, Ayele served in several senior management positions, including Manager of Employee Services, Manager of Career Development and Succession Planning, and In-Flight Catering Quality Manager. In these leadership roles, he was responsible for advancing employee development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, quality assurance, and operational excellence. His extensive management experience has equipped him with the skills to lead diverse teams, develop strategic initiatives, and drive continuous organizational improvement.
Since relocating to the United States, Ayele has remained deeply committed to serving the Ethiopian community through volunteer leadership and civic engagement. He served as Secretary of the Ethiopian Community EDIR for three years and continues to support the organization as a dedicated volunteer. He also currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Parish Congregation at Sachse St. George Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, where he contributes to strengthening organizational leadership, community service, and spiritual fellowship.
As the Programs and Services Manager and a member of the Executive Leadership Committee of the Mutual Assistance Association for the Ethiopian Community (MAAEC), Ayele provides leadership in planning, coordinating, and overseeing programs that address the needs of the Ethiopian community. He is committed to developing impactful services, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing initiatives that promote education, family support, cultural preservation, and community well-being.
Ayele's dedication to servant leadership, professionalism, and community development continues to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of MAAEC and the Ethiopian community throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

የሥራ አስፈጻሚ አመራር ኮሚቴ አባል እና የፕሮግራሞችና አገልግሎቶች ኃላፊ
አቶ አየለ ገመቹ በድርጅታዊ አመራር፣ በሰው ኃይል ልማት እና በጥራት አስተዳደር ረጅም የሥራ ልምድ ያላቸው ተሞክሮ ያለው መሪ ናቸው። ከአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በትምህርት አመራርና አስተዳደር (Educational Leadership and Management) የማስተርስ (M.A.) ዲግሪ አግኝተዋል።
በኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ያላቸው ረጅምና የተከበረ የሥራ ዘመን ውስጥ፣ የሰራተኞች አገልግሎት ኃላፊ (Manager of Employee Services)፣ የሙያ እድገትና ተተኪ አመራር ዝግጅት ኃላፊ (Manager of Career Development and Succession Planning) እና የበረራ ውስጥ ምግብ አገልግሎት ጥራት ኃላፊ (In-Flight Catering Quality Manager) ጨምሮ በርካታ ከፍተኛ የአመራር ኃላፊነቶችን ተወጥተዋል። በእነዚህ ኃላፊነቶች የሰራተኞች ልማት፣ የአመራር ተተኪነት ዝግጅት፣ የድርጅት ውጤታማነት፣ የጥራት ማረጋገጫ እና የሥራ አፈጻጸም ብቃትን በማሻሻል ጉልህ አስተዋፅኦ አበርክተዋል። ያላቸው ሰፊ የአመራር ልምድ የተለያዩ ቡድኖችን በብቃት ለመምራት፣ ስትራቴጂያዊ ዕቅዶችን ለማዘጋጀት እና የድርጅት ቀጣይ ልማትን ለማሳደግ አስችሏቸዋል።
ወደ አሜሪካ ከተዛወሩ በኋላም አቶ አየለ ለኢትዮጵያውያን ማህበረሰብ በበጎ ፈቃደኝነት እና በአመራር አገልግሎት በቀጣይነት ሲያገለግሉ ቆይተዋል። ለሶስት ዓመታት የኢትዮጵያውያን እድር ጸሐፊ ሆነው አገልግለዋል፣ አሁንም እንደ ታማኝ በጎ ፈቃደኛ ለማህበረሰቡ ድጋፍ ማድረጋቸውን ቀጥለዋል። በተጨማሪም በሳክሴ ቅዱስ ጊዮርጊስ የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተክርስቲያን የምዕመናን ጉባኤ ምክትል ሰብሳቢ በመሆን የቤተክርስቲያኑን አመራር፣ የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት እና መንፈሳዊ አንድነት ለማጠናከር በንቃት ይሰራሉ።
አቶ አየለ በየኢትዮጵያውያን ማህበረሰብ የጋራ ድጋፍ ማህበር (MAAEC) የሥራ አስፈጻሚ አመራር ኮሚቴ አባል እና የፕሮግራሞችና አገልግሎቶች ኃላፊ በመሆን የማህበረሰቡን ፍላጎቶች የሚያሟሉ ፕሮግራሞችን በማቀድ፣ በማስተባበር እና በመምራት አስፈላጊ ሚና ይወጣሉ። የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎቶችን ለማጠናከር፣ ከተለያዩ ተቋማት ጋር ጠንካራ ትብብር ለመፍጠር፣ እንዲሁም ትምህርትን፣ የቤተሰብ ድጋፍን፣ የባህል ጥበቃን እና የማህበረሰብ ደህንነትን የሚያበረታቱ ፕሮግራሞችን ለማስፋፋት በቁርጠኝነት ይሰራሉ።
አቶ አየለ ገመቹ ለአገልግሎት፣ ለሙያዊ ብቃት እና ለማህበረሰብ ልማት ያላቸው ጽኑ ቁርጠኝነት በMAAEC እድገት እና በዳላስ–ፎርት ዎርዝ አካባቢ የኢትዮጵያውያን ማህበረሰብ ጥንካሬና እድገት ላይ ጉልህ አስተዋፅኦ ማበርከታቸውን ቀጥለዋል።
